Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Prints within the U.S.

  • Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We are a print to order business, meaning when you place an order with us, we have your artwork printed, vanished, stretched, inspected for quality control, embellished (if applicable), and signed by the artist. This is a time-consuming process and we want to ensure high quality prints for our collectors. â€‹

  • Shipping is Free within the United States except for Hawaii and Alaska. Rates to Hawaii and Alaska will be calculated at Checkout.

  • All shipments will be required to be signed for at time of delivery. If you would like to receive a call or email from us when your package is ready to ship in order to ensure someone will be available to sign for it, please leave a note when placing your order or email us directly at info@jaredfrancofineart.com with your order details.  â€‹

Return Policy

  • Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% happy with your item(s), you may return your order for a refund within 10 days from the date you received it.

  • You must contact us at info@jaredfrancofineart.com in order to start a return. Instructions for return and address to send return will be provided. 

  • You will be refunded the full amount minus shipping & handling.

  • The cost of returning your order will be at your expense.

  • Items must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which they were received by you.

International Shipping & Returns (Outside the U.S.)

  • If you live outside of the United States, please contact us to get a shipping quote. We will invoice you directly for your order.

  • Duties and taxes upon shipment into a foreign country are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

  • Returns from international customers may be requested, however, customers will incur the freight charges to return the item to us and those fees will be deducted from the order refund amount.

  • Import Taxes that your country of residence charges will not be refunded, as they are not part of your sales transaction with us.

Damaged Packaging

  • Please notify us immediately if your package arrives with any damage.
